- Supervising and managing the customer service team including tasks and duties.
- Create effective customer service procedures and standards.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- You bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Ability to be a leader within the company.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
- Energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English(basic) is a must.
