    #WorkFromAnywhere Support Analyst

    We are currently looking for someone to join our world-class client support team as a full-time Support Analyst.

    Does solving technical problems bring you joy? Do you wake up in the middle of the night because you just thought of a new SQL query you can't wait to try? If so, that's awesome A bit weird perhaps, but awesome, and you'll fit right in.

    It's a challenging, fast paced position that requires a broad technical skillset and a tenacity to track down and solve problems.

    What it does not require is a degree.

    While a technical degree certainly doesn't hurt, what we really care about is attitude and aptitude, as well as the experience you bring to the team.

    What we look for:
    The ability to take on a task from inception to completion with minimal direct supervision
    Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a penchant for efficiently breaking down and solving complex issues
    A team player mentality open to collaboration within the team and with other departments to solve difficult problems
    Willingness to participate as a member of the on-call team on a rotating basis providing technical support as required
    A quick and enthusiastic learner


    Core Competencies:
    Excellent internal and external communication skills via phone, email, and direct message
    Basic to intermediate software/hardware troubleshooting skills
    Experience configuring enterprise level software
    Basic to intermediate MSSQL query knowledge
    Strong Microsoft Windows Operating System knowledge
    Basic Dos/Command Prompt and .bat skills
    Ability to use available tools to report potential bugs, propose product enhancements, etc.
    Time management and the skill to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently

    While minimal, some travel may be required.
