    Description
    C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of employment experience to join Littler's Chicago office. Provide day-to-day proactive employment law advice, assistance and counseling;
    Proactively review new legislation, employment law developments and best practices and assist client to update policies and practices consistent with changes;
    Counsel client's in-house attorneys and HR team on a wide range of employment relations, compensation and talent acquisition matters, including offer letters, performance management, discipline, accommodations, diversity and inclusion and terminations;
    Comfort speaking and writing about complex matters with pragmatism to communicate clearly with legal and non-legal client contacts;
    ~ Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
    ~4+ years relevant law firm or in-house counsel experience;
    ~ Executive compensation experience preferred but not required;
    ~ Experience working with clients in financial services preferred but not required;
