Legal Counsel (M/F/d).

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive legal and strategic advice on pharmaceutical and medical device law, with a focus on regulatory issues
Assessing pharmaceutical advertising, competition, and trademark law for products and marketing materials
Offering contract law advice, including drafting and reviewing distribution, manufacturing, licensing, consulting, and speaker agreements
Handling civil, corporate, and administrative law matters and interacting with relevant authorities
Ensuring compliance in the healthcare sector

In this global role, you will also:

Provide broad legal advice to global functions and other affiliates
Draft and review international contracts (license, manufacturing, supply, distribution, NDA, clinical and observational studies, consultancy
