About flat-mate:

As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished living spaces in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group consists of international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared apartments, we also offer furnished business apartments.


Your Responsibilities

  • Marketing of the assigned real estate portfolio
  • Lease management, from contract creation to termination
  • Central point of contact for tenants and consultation for potential renters
  • Planning and conducting property viewings
  • Coordination of the rental process for new properties
  • Independent management of our external partners

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in the real estate industry
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset when dealing with tenants and potential renters
  • High flexibility and strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills
