    2+ years experience in fast-paced tele-sales required
    Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

    COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

    We do require our remote employees to provide their own tech and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard.

    As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.

    Operating System:
    Windows or Mac (No Linux)

    Paid training- we offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days.

    Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
