One Way Property Restoration is a fast-growing company in the service sector, dedicated to providing top-notch products/services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team in Washington State.

**Job Description:**
As an entry-level sales representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales leads in the Washington area. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities:**
Prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels.
Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential customers.
Present and demonstrate products/services to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

**Requirements:**

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed.
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, relevant field, or documentable experience preferred.
