    Description

    Work Schedule:

    This is a full-time day shift position from Monday to Friday between 8:00AM - 5:00PM, no weekends required. External hires might be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

    We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:

    • Join a team of pediatric and adolescent medicine physicians offering comprehensive childcare from birth through adolescence.
    • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
    • Deliver quality care in a caring and patient-centered environment.
    • Handle nurse visits, patient communications, education, paperwork, patient intake, vital sign measurements, procedural assistance, and vaccinations.

    Required Qualifications:

    Minimum -

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Accredited Practical Nurse Program certificate.

    Preferred Experience:

    At least one (1) year of LPN experience.

    Licenses and Certifications:

    Minimum -

    • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure.
    • CPR/BLS certification.
