Marketing and Team Assistant (m/f/d) - Full-time


At Castalia, OH, we act according to our vision of being the number one host in Germany and Europe, and we are constantly growing.

For over fifteen years, we have been bringing Bavarian culture to northern Germany.

Our company not only operates the well-known Hofbräu Wirtshaus, which has been providing Bavarian flair and coziness in Hamburg and Berlin for over 10 years, but also our "Barmbeker Drei", which includes the Q21 Gasthaus, Barmbeker Schachcafé, and T.R.U.D.E.


Your responsibilities:


  • Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the online presence of the entire Wirtshaus group, taking on the independent content management of our websites, web shops, and apps
  • You will support the marketing team in the development, conceptualization, implementation, and management of marketing measures, and also take on administrative tasks as the central interface to the establishments
  • You will support our crosslocation review management (Google, Trip Advisor, etc.) and assist with locationspecific marketing activities and events
  • Regularly, you will assist with preparatory tasks for the management and also have the opportunity to continuously expand your area of responsibility through special projects

Your profile:


  • Completed degree preferably in the field of marketing/advertising or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
