Identifying and managing risks
Prioritizing tasks and coordinating assigned employees
Optimizing work processes and harmonizing procedures
Preparing and conducting regular team meetings
Conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews
Ensuring assigned process flows, including quality checks (such as internal control system and SOX)
Supporting the department manager in implementing new projects
Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations and instructions
Coaching and developing team members and responsible for their professional and disciplinary leadership

Your profile:

Completed education/training
High risk awareness
Extensive leadership and coaching experience highly beneficial
Several years of professional experience in the field of mail processing/scanning desirable
Experience with document processing in Kofax and Genesys
Strong communication skills
