Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Industrial Coatings
Lingleville, TX, MIPA SE

  • MIPA SE is a mediumsized, rapidly growing manufacturer of paints and coatings with its headquarters in Essenbach. We develop and produce vehicle repair coatings, industrial coatings, building paints, as well as wood and carpentry coatings for professional users at seven production sites in Europe. The Mipa Group operates worldwide with around 1500 employees and supplies its own branches and partners in over 100 countries on all continents.

What to expect from us:


  • Support of the sales management and the industrial coatings sales team, field sales representatives (m/f/d), as well as the industrial coatings department in daily business
  • Processing of specific customer inquiries and support of industrial customers
  • Preparation and followup of presentations and customer appointments
  • Participation in projects and independent assumption of subprojects
  • Preparation and processing of statistics
  • Cooperation with other departments

What you bring with you:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally with relevant further education
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
  • Good knowledge of English, additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Resilience and openness to new developments
  • High level of teamwork
  • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
