    Outside Sales Representative


    Salary + Commission $70,000-$120,000+


    We are looking for a driven and focused Outside Sales Rep to join Trinity Exteriors Our Sales Professionals consult with our potential customers and offer the solutions to solve their individual needs.

    Responsibilities:
    Consult with potential customers on preset leads.
    Provide solutions to customers' issues.
    Represent the company in a professional manner.
    Evaluate new market opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and industry/professional groups.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    1-3+ years of home improvement/construction sales experience preferred.
    Knowledgeable in roofing, siding, and windows is a plus.
    Experience in B2C sales (proven results utilizing a company sales process/system).
    Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills.
    Confidence in public speaking.
    Capable computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
    Ability to work well within a team environment.
    Knowledge of Acculynx is a plus.
    Willing to undergo a background check.


    Compensation Highlights:
    Salary + Commission or Commission based only
