    Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday


    Job Requirements:
    1-5 years accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least two years general accounting/reporting experience or relevant experience. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities. Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, familiarity with macros), proficiency in Microsoft office. One year of related experience. Able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to read write and understand English. Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

    required-skills: Duties include: Assumes responsibility for various aspects of the monthly closes, including compilation and recording of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.

    Prepare accurate and timely journal entries in accordance with our established schedule Monitor daily banking activities and assist in cash forecast Reconcile and monitor POS cash collections and ensure timely deposits Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts Prepares and manages prepaid Amortization Schedules Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic Assist AP with invoice vouchering and vendor statements.

    Prepare various government required reporting Provide backup for our yearly physical inventories.
