As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, contributing to our mission of excellence and innovation.

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including reviewing journal entries and resolving discrepancies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes, including preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of local, state, and federal tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.
