- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email for service part requirements.
- Develop sales quotes and create sale orders for service part requests.
- Research/analyze BOMs, drawings and other technical information to identify the correct parts to meet the customer requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with Parts and Service teams to find acceptable solutions for difficult customer issues.
- Coordinate with the Material Control Team, Shipping Department and customer to meet customer parts requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requirements at the same time.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong PC skills including SAP and Microsoft Office Products.
- Knowledge and understanding of bills of material.
- Ability to read prints and schematics.
- Flexibility in work hours.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Minimum of 2-year technical/engineering/or business degree.
- Comparable technical work experience will be considered
