We connect callers with acute health complaints to medical practices, medical on-call services, emergency departments, or ambulance services through our nationwide service number.

This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

In addition, we assist patients in scheduling appointments with doctors and psychotherapists, as well as providing information about other healthcare services.

To strengthen our team at the Mannheim
or Bruchsal location, we are looking for a
Medical Professional (m/f/d) for our telephone service on a part-time basis starting as soon as possible.
