As part of the Seafreight team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their shipments on time.

You will be responsible for managing our renowned international clients and supporting in acquiring new customers. Additionally, you will independently handle, monitor, and optimize international transport processes.

The diverse and international tasks of the Logistics Coordinator Seafreight - Import/Export (m/w/d) include customer service, price negotiations, transport organization, and invoicing.

Process management of international transport processes in sea freight (e.g. clarifying customer orders, commissioning partner companies)
Daily communication with customers, carriers, shipping companies, internal interfaces, and Logwin locations worldwide
Systembased tasks (e.g. creating transport documents, entering and checking data in the transport management system, maintaining databases)
Claim management
Ideally completed training as a freight forwarding specialist and at least 3 years of professional experience in
