senior living communities "An der Wipper" in Sondershausen, where 12 tenants each have a cozy home, you can expect a familiar working environment.

Become part of our team and actively shape your daily work and work environment

Join our team
immediately as a presence staff member (m/f/d). The position is
permanent with
30 hours per week in
morning and evening shifts.


Job description:


  • You care for people with dementia and mental illnesses, motivate and activate them, and guide and accompany them in social support.
  • You provide care for the seniors in accordance with the care plan and the standards of the organization and the facility.
  • You participate in nursing documentation.
  • You participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning meetings.
  • You maintain contact with family members, legal guardians, and other individuals close to the seniors.
  • You also take on household tasks for the tenants.
