As you ensure satisfied customers, you are a representative for our company. You will primarily work in our Service Center and in telephone customer service.


During the apprenticeship, Service Specialists for Dialogue Marketing are typically placed in a large office with electrically adjustable desks and will also work in personal customer consultation and order processing.


What will you learn?:


As a Service Specialist for Dialogue Marketing, you will competently and customer-orientedly handle tasks such as orders, inquiries, and complaints.

You will use rhetorical techniques and conversation skills tailored to the situation, and maintain and secure data using databases.

During the apprenticeship, you will learn about customer acquisition, customer retention, and personal customer care.

The final exam consists of three written parts: a service offer with accompanying communication, project management in dialogue marketing, business and social studies, and an oral part in the form of a customer conversation.
