For our school for nursing professions in Sharon Springs, KS, we are currently looking for:

1.

Nursing educators or medical educators:
- who are interested in training and qualifying professionals in the field of nursing and have a passion for both educational and nursing topics,
- who are seeking a position where they can utilize their nursing and medical knowledge as well as their pedagogical skills to independently teach according to a curriculum, and
- who have previous teaching experience or pedagogical background.


Our requirements:

  • Completed Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences
  • Experience as a lecturer in adult education and knowledge of didactics in adult education
  • Expertise in the field of nursing
  • Openness towards people, customer orientation, a dedicated and motivating attitude, and loyalty
  • Teamoriented approach towards colleagues and contacts

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the organization and management of a course
  • Teaching in various training and further education courses
  • Participation in examinations
  • Potentially providing practical guidance and instruction to our participants at our cooperation partners
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of curricula
