Ready for new challenges? We are looking for you to join our project company ÖPP Mauerstr. Berlin GmbH & Co. oHG in a permanent position at our location in Berlin as a Facility Management Caretaker (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities include conducting documented inspections of the building, facilities, infrastructure, and escape routes, assisting with the operation and maintenance of technical systems, supporting the project management in monitoring and controlling subcontractor services, performing minor repairs on furniture, doors, and general building infrastructure, as well as replacing light bulbs.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and adjusting building systems, as well as systematically identifying and resolving malfunctions.

Your profile should include a completed vocational or technical training, as well as some experience in the operational management of building systems and facilities.

A willingness to further develop your skills in the field of building technology (HVAC and electrical) is desired, along with knowledge of building systems such as electrical, heating, ventilation, and plumbing.

Flexible working hours and participation in on-call duty are required, and a Class 3B driver's license is advantageous.
