We are currently looking for a

MICE Project Coordinator (M/F/D)

As a subsidiary of the city of Ludwigshafen, we are responsible for the implementation of central city marketing measures, organizing and executing major events, managing event venues (Friedrich-Ebert-Halle, Pfalzbau, community and civic centers), and operating parking areas with a team of approximately 50 employees.

The department of scheduling, sales, and customer service for the Friedrich-Ebert-Halle event venue covers a wide range of tasks. This includes scheduling, customer service, and marketing for our event venue. Therefore, we are looking for ambitious team players who are willing to take on responsibility and tackle a steep learning curve.
