  • Law and Administration we are looking for a Legal Consultant / Full time Lawyer or equivalent qualification (m/f/d) to lead the Law and Administration team in Düsseldorf.

Your tasks:
Leading the Law and Administration team Teaching and lecturing in adult education at the academy's locations and branches, as well as in the academy's sponsoring states and virtually Coordinating and conducting further education courses to qualify personnel in the areas of administration, personnel, and law Working with digital educational and communication media Legal consulting: personnel, budget, and administrative law, desirable IT law Monitoring, conceptualizing, and implementing measures for personnel development Conducting legal negotiations with the staff council and corresponding bodies (e.g. concluding collective agreements)

Developing cooperation agreements and contracts Your profile:
Completed degree in law (first and second state examination) or equivalent qualification.

Excellent knowledge of personnel, budget, and administrative law with many years of experience in the public sector You have experience in leadership.

You have conceptual thinking skills for modernizing administrative processes. You are
