ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Prospect and "hunt" net-new dealers in assigned geographic territory over $1M in annual revenue
Build and manage Home Improvement prospect pipeline utilizing CRM tool
Surpass quarterly quota goals
Work with Onboarding team to successfully bring on new dealers; transfer day to day responsibility of account after
onboarding/training
to Account Management
Attend events and expositions to prospect new dealers
Proactively leverage reporting tools to maximize dealer performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
5+ years of sales experience
Self-starter with a strong desire to be #1
Strong presentation skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong Phone, Email, web-conferencing, and computer skills
Ability to travel to customer locations and work trade shows
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office environment, extensive computer use, business travel as warranted
