    About the Role

    Join us as the Receptionist at our bustling Medical Imaging department, where you'll be the friendly face at the front desk providing crucial clerical support. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, managing phone queries, patient billing, and coordinating clinic activities.

    On a typical day, you will:

    • Deliver top-notch customer service to patients, families, staff, and specialists
    • Ensure precise data entry into our patient management systems
    • Oversee paperwork flow, appointments, and adherence to department policies
    • Coordinate with various departments to schedule patient appointments promptly
    • Respond to calls and inquiries meeting set KPIs

    About You

    We are seeking an experienced Receptionist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making a difference in healthcare.

    You should have:

    • Minimum 3 years of clerical/reception experience
    • Prior experience as a healthcare receptionist
    • Background in medical billing (MBS/Private Patient Billing)
