GREAT PAY Wee are seeking an Experienced, Fast MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Duties include :
checking patients in, charging copays, scheduling follow up appointments, electronic medical record keeping, answering phones, insurance basics for patients.


Responsibilities:

• Handle all medical administrative duties timely and quickly
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support practitioners
• Check in patients
• Validate patient insurances
• Help manage clinic flow from reception
• Input and update patient information
• Answer phones and schedule patients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare
• Medical Reception experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with helping to accurately run insurance for each visit for successful records and billing
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment

- eClinicalWorks experience a plus.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
