We are a medium-sized software manufacturer with approximately 50 employees located in Appleton City.

Our software solution helps our clients to centralize all product information such as images, texts, documents, and other media in one place. This allows for optimal use in online shops, portals, catalogs, etc.

What to Expect

Create and classify support tickets in the customer management system and follow up on them
Provide telephone support by offering assistance and configuring solutions
Conduct system tests and deliveries and document hotfix versions
Assist with PIM and e-commerce projects
Work on internal projects for ongoing software improvement
