  • You train new employees, conduct regular discussions, and determine individual training and further education needs
  • You plan, organize, and conduct nursing visits, service and team meetings
  • You are responsible for ensuring resident-oriented, individual nursing and psychosocial care for people in need of care
  • You monitor the quality of care and the staff in terms of the professional and appropriate implementation of nursing and treatment care
  • You determine staffing needs, participate in personnel selection, and are responsible for transparent, contemporary, and appropriate personnel deployment planning
