Beacon Hill is offering a training program for aspiring educators (m/f/d) to become certified as a state-recognized Erzieher/Erzieherin (m/f/d) (possible while working) by 2024.

The final exam will be conducted by the examination board of the training institution under the supervision of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family in Berlin.

This diverse training program for Erzieher/Erzieherin (m/f/d) can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis and leads to a state-recognized qualification as well as a Bachelor Professional degree in Social Work.

Graduates will be equipped to take on tasks in the areas of education, development, and care, and to work independently and responsibly as an Erzieher/Erzieherin (m/f/d) in all social pedagogical fields.

Requirements and application:

Applicants must have a (technical) high school diploma or a specialized high school diploma with a focus on social pedagogy or education, or a different (technical) high school diploma or specialized high school diploma and at least eight weeks of relevant work experience, or a middle school diploma and vocational training.
