COSA FACCIAMO?
Produttore internazionale di energia rinnovabile da fonti fotovoltaiche da oltre 15 anni, il Gruppo REDEN, di proprietà di Macquarie (60%), BCI (25%) e MunichRe (15%), dispone di un proprio impianto di produzione di pannelli fotovoltaici in Nuova Aquitania e sviluppa, costruisce e gestisce impianti fotovoltaici, in stretta collaborazione con gli stakeholder locali. Il Gruppo REDEN, presente in 8 paesi in Europa e America Latina, gestisce attualmente più di 1 GW in tutto il mondo e prevede di crescere di oltre 10 volte entro il 2030.
Posizione: Quale sarebbe il tuo ruolo nel progetto REDEN?
A riporto del Responsabile Operations Italia, in qualità di Site Manager, le tue principali missioni sono:
•
Garantire che vengano soddisfatti i requisiti di progetto, che le scadenze siano rispettate e gli obiettivi raggiunti.
•
Garantire il rispetto delle norme di costruzione e di sicurezza per tutte le attività di cantiere da parte delle ditte subappaltatrici, in linea con le indicazioni fornite dal QHSE manager.
•
Supervisionare le imprese e le ditte subappaltatrici durante le attività di cantiere per verificarne la corretta esecuzione in base ai requisiti di progetto.
Principali Compiti previsti dal Ruolo
•
Coordinare e dirigere imprese, operai e subappaltatori.
•
Rivedere l'avanzamento dei lavori su base giornaliera/settimanale/mensile.
•
Preparare report interni relativi allo stato del lavoro.
•
Pianificare in anticipo per prevenire problemi e risolvere quelli emergenti.
•
Garantire standard di costruzione di qualità e l'uso di tecniche di costruzione adeguate.
•
Organizzare gli incontri di aggiornamento periodici con i membri della squadra per valutare l'avanzamento di ogni progetto, preparare rapporti sui progressi, sullo sviluppo del lavoro e su ogni eventuale modifica al programma originale.
•
Assistere il Project Manager nella supervisione dell'esecuzione delle attività di cantiere secondo le indicazioni da quest'ultimo impartite.
•
Segnalare al QHSE Manager di Progetto criticità emerse nel corso della costruzione e che possono comportare l'apertura di Non Conformità verso subappaltatori o fornitore.
•
Collaborare col QHSE Manager alla chiusura delle Non Conformità emesse, facendosi carico direttamente delle azioni sotto la propria responsabilità
• Promuovere la Cultura HSE definita dalle politiche REDEN
Profilo: Chi sei?
Requisiti Minimi del Ruolo:
•
Diploma tecnico.
•
Conoscenza delle lingue straniere: inglese
•
Conoscenze informatiche: buona del pacchetto Office, Autocad.
•
Comprovata esperienza lavorativa nella gestione delle costruzioni (in ruolo simile per almeno 7 anni ed esperienza di lavoro in cantieri eolici, solari, idroelettrici).
•
Conoscenza della normativa e delle best practices di riferimento.
•
Certificazione preposto secondo 81/08
