Job Summary:
The Senior Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the beverage program. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional knowledge of mixology and beverages, and a keen understanding of the upscale dining experience. The Beverage Director will collaborate with the culinary team to create a harmonious pairing of food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:
Beverage Program Management:
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures, strong background in hospitality in a full-service, upscale high-volume restaurant environment.
• 3 years' related experience as an AGM, Beverage Manager, Beverage Director or similar role in an upscale, high-volume restaurant/bar/lounge environment
Physical Demands:
• Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to force.
