Description
Our client, a progressive midsized firm, is looking for another Associate to join their Labor and Employment practice group, which is diverse and multigenerational.
They want someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in management side labor and employment matters, gained in a peer or Big Law firm.
The firm values building subject matter expertise with broad practice exposure and client interaction. They seek someone skilled in management side advice and counsel matters, including compliance issues, employee contracts, and policies.
Superior writing skills and presentation abilities are a must. The ideal candidate should have trial experience in employment discrimination, wage and hour matters, harassment retaliation defense, and contract disputes in both federal and state courts.
Excellent drafting abilities are necessary to produce top-tier work for court. Candidates must have solid academic credentials and a history of limited job movement since graduation. NY Bar admission (in good standing) is required.
The compensation offered is a salary of 180K-220K+, along with solid benefits and an attainable bonus structure based on hours worked.
