Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, following proper sanitation practices.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area
