    Job Title:
    Front Desk Representative


    Job Description:

    The Front Desk Representative is responsible for the day-to-day assistance to all of our Caregivers by being the point of contact for visitors to the office.

    They serve as a liaison between the agency and the Caregivers, communicating the Caregivers' needs and requests, ensuring that they are represented and supported.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Greet and welcome Caregivers to the office

    Answer incoming phone calls and direct parties to the appropriate department

    Assist Caregivers with questions regarding payroll, PTO, cases, etc.

    Collect and upload documents into our electronic system

    Maintain personnel records and ensure accurate data entry in appropriate systems

    Assist with HHA Exchange app and IVV/EVR training

    Assist with applications and training classes as needed


    Job Requirements:
    Fluency in Bengali is required

    HS graduate/ GED equivalent

    Experience in HHA Exchange is a plus

    Prior experience in HR preferred/knowledge of DOH and DOL HHA employment requirements a plus

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Accuracy and attention to detail, outgoing, positive personality, team player
