    Description
    Stay updated on insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.

    Research and analyze regulatory requirements applicable to insurance products and policies.

    Interpret regulatory guidelines and communicate requirements effectively to all stakeholders.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update company procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations.

    Support the development and maintenance of compliance training programs for employees.

    Respond to inquiries and resolve compliance-related issues from internal and external stakeholders.

    Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and documentation as required.

    Prepare and maintain accurate records of forms used with all products offered

    Assist in the review of all advertising materials (internal and external) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product features.

    Respond to basic inquiries from regulatory authorities regarding reports; research and correct any discrepancies; communicate with regulatory authorities to resolve any reporting issues.

    Monitor and report to management on various regulatory changes that impact new business forms and advertising material.

    Experience in Regulatory and Compliance functions a plus.

    Paralegal background a plus.
    3 years of financial service or insurance experience.

    Professional Insurance Designation (ACS, AIRC, ALMI) or ability to work towards a designation(s) during first 24 months.

    Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.

    PC skills to include proficiency in SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Problem solver who is curious, analytical, creative and detail oriented.

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
