- Strategize and manage all elements of events, such as budget oversight, vendor interactions, venue selection, and logistics
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their event objectives and craft innovative event themes
- Develop event timelines and supervise event production schedules
- Source and oversee event vendors, encompassing catering, audio/visual, and decor
- Supervise event setup and dismantling to ensure flawless execution of all details
- Monitor event budgets diligently and track expenses
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Offer on-site event management and troubleshooting support when necessary
- Conduct post-event assessments and provide insights for future events
- Keep abreast of industry trends and top practices in event planning and management
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in event planning and management, ideally within a dynamic experiential company or agency
- Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitudes
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events if needed
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage

We are currently looking for a skilled and well-organized Event Manager to join our team at an Experiential company based in the New Haven, CT area.
As an Event Manager, you will play a key role in meticulously planning and executing a wide range of events for our clients, ranging from large sports events to new product launches.
