We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our Cäcilie Restaurant (m/f/d) in Heilbronn, Germany.


Your Menu:

  • Take on the role of host and be a present point of contact for guests, addressing any questions or requests with a focus on providing excellent service
  • Lead, develop, motivate, and train the service team to ensure a professional service and create a pleasant atmosphere for guests
  • Actively support the service team and manage resources such as inventory, ingredients, equipment, and personnel
  • Prepare and execute special events and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the head chef and restaurant management
  • Regularly communicate with the food management department to continuously improve and expand recipes and the beverage menu, as well as present drinks to guests
  • Ensure a smooth and accurate ordering and payment process for guests, as well as daily cash reconciliation

Your Ingredients:

  • Completed training in the hospitality industry, such as hotel or restaurant management, with additional qualifications in the field of gastronomy preferred
  • Experience in leadership and planning, executing, and presenting service operations
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
