  • As a manager, you will ensure satisfied business customers with our team of 20 employees in special customer billing at Lake Tanglewood.
  • You organize, coordinate, and monitor work processes and ensure high quality in customer service and invoicing.
  • You meticulously analyze our existing processes and look for opportunities for process automation and digitization.
  • You are a knowledge carrier and sparring partner for your employees, providing guidelines for processing and training on current and future legal and regulatory frameworks.

    • You have that certain something if you:

  • Have a degree in a technical or commercial field or a completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications.
  • Have several years of practical experience in the energy industry.
  • Already have experience in personnel management.
  • Have good and confident communication skills in both written and spoken language.
  • Have analytical thinking skills and a conceptual approach.
  • Value a high level of initiative and self-responsibility.
