    Description

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager (or possibly an Associate Director of Marketing for a more experienced applicant) to lead our marketing and events initiatives. This role is crucial in driving our recruiting and community development efforts through strategic event marketing, as well as brand-building and community engagement through digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit marketing, with a focus on recruiting and community engagement, and a proven ability to deliver results and manage complex projects. This role will have 2 direct reports: a Digital Marketing Specialist and a Content Creation (video and audio) Engineer. Specific responsibilities include:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and events strategies that align with our recruitment / community development, brand, and thought leadership goals.
    • Oversee the production and management of all our events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Manage and guide a digital marketing support staff and a videographer/audio engineer who also handles content editing.
    • Translate strategic business goals into actionable event/digital/content strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
    • Spearhead brand development initiatives, enhancing our organization's presence and impact within the community.
    • Maintain a results-oriented approach, ensuring all marketing and event initiatives are delivered on time and achieve targeted outcomes.
