    Join Our Team as a Restaurant General Manager

    Our team is searching for vibrant, sociable, and accountable individuals to become part of our crew as a Restaurant General Manager.

    As a Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities involve running our restaurant daily. You will collaborate with your management team to ensure smooth operations during each shift. Additionally, you will spearhead local store marketing efforts to help achieve sales and profit targets, all while supporting team members via performance assessments and training programs. To be eligible for our Restaurant General Manager position, bring your expertise in quick service or fast casual restaurant management to our restaurant, where we are currently seeking Restaurant General Managers for our establishments in Memphis, Tennessee.

    Qualifications We Seek:

    • A warm, enthusiastic demeanor
    • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
    • Proficiency in restaurant kitchen management (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, etc.)
    • A creative approach to marketing (fundraising events, community involvement, etc.)
    • A passion for nurturing individuals and guiding a team
    • The ability to unite teams to provide an exceptional guest experience
