    Role and Responsibilities:
    The Field Service Engineer - CT/Nuc Med will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of medical imaging equipment, with a focus on CT and Nuclear technologies


    Responsibilities include:
    Providing onsite and phone support to the field service organization for software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications
    Taking ownership of the customer experience by initiating problem resolution and escalation
    Engaging necessary resources for timely problem resolution
    Communicating directly with customers and building strong rapport
    Following up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved
    Supporting new product introductions and first-of-a-kind installations
    Reporting status to internal and external customer support teams
    Acting as a technical resource and customer advocate as needed
    Providing technical support to sales and applications
    Identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements in tools, training, and processes to enhance productivity


    Candidate Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting

    electrical/electronic

    equipment
    Experience in

    servicing/installing

    medical imaging equipment, with a focus on CT and Nuclear technologies
    Basic skills and qualifications in handling computer software installations and upgrades, as well as electronic-mechanic assembly
    The ability to work independently and travel as required (approximately 30% air travel)
    A strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
