    We are looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our
    developing Accounting team As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in
    overseeing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting
    transactions and principles. With your strong leadership and analytical skills, you will be
    responsible for managing a team of accountants and providing strategic financial
    information and guidance to our senior management team. This role requires a deep
    understanding of retail accounting practices and the ability to drive and work in a team to

    Responsibilities
    Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting and
    financial reporting
    Prepare and/or review journal entries for key accounts in the General Ledger
    Prepare and/or review account reconciliations for key accounts in the General
    Ledger
    Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance
    with relevant regulations and best practices
    Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis to senior
    management and stakeholders
    Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize working capital to ensure the
    company's financial stability
    Conduct regular financial reviews to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
    Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic
    decision-making
    Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance
    and professional development
    Work with outside tax accountants to ensure accurate data given based on the
    business structure and tax filings
    Be an active leader and participant in our paperless environment through the use of
    Google Workspace
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or
    working towards CPA certification is highly preferred
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry
    Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant in the retail
    industry
    Extensive knowledge of financial principles and practices, including GAAP
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex
    financial data
    Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with QuickBooks
    and/or other new accounting software a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial
    information to non-financial stakeholders
    Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong leadership and communication abilities.
    Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
    Benefits
    We offer 1 weeks paid vacation after 1 year's employment, and 2 weeks paid
    vacation after 3 years employment.
