    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Accounting Manager will lead and support the Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist in their daily activities, as well as cash management across the organization.

    This individual will be the primary administrator of the organization's purchasing card program.

    The Accounting Manager will manage relationships within HQ team members, across the franchise system, and with third-party vendors and will uphold the standards of exemplary customer service.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage and support Accounts Payable Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Specialist
    Directly responsible for

    Daily cash management
    Corporate purchasing card program administration
    Monthly accounting for four legal entities

    Recommend any necessary improvements to systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
    Provide training to new and existing team members as needed
    Identify opportunities to enhance the professional development of team members
    Assist the Controller as needed


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting degree, required
    3 to 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years prior supervisory experience
    Driven by accuracy, integrity, and accountability
    Advanced-level user of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    Experienced user of NetSuite a plus
    High attention to detail
