    Asa positive, growth-oriented Landscape MaintenanceAccount Manager for commercial and multi-family HOA clients in the Winston-Salem NC Metro area, you are process and systems oriented and execute in these areas:

    Project Management Inspecting commercial client landscapes for quality, services and site enhancements

    Relationship building proactively communicating with clients and your team to exceed the clients expectations and needs

    Management and Leadership over multiple crews and managing sub-contractor relationships

    Attractive base salary + commission

    Health Insurance, Holidays, PTO, and 401K

    Must Have:

    5+ years commercial landscape maintenance operations and account management.

    Software technical experience, such as LMN, Aspire

    4 year Degree in Landscape, Horticulture or related degree considered a plus.
