    Description
    Frustrated that your employer is not providing you opportunity to implement processes and communication to enhance high-quality landscape services?As a positive, growth-oriented Landscape Maintenance Account Manager for commercial and multi-family HOA clients in the Winston-Salem NC Metro area, you are process and systems oriented and execute in these areas:

    • Project Management - Inspecting commercial client landscapes for quality, services and site enhancements
    • Relationship building - proactively communicating with clients and your team to exceed the clients' expectations and needs
    • Management and Leadership - over multiple crews and managing sub-contractor relationships

    • Attractive base salary + commission

    • 5+ years commercial landscape maintenance operations and account management.
    • Software technical experience, such as LMN, Aspire
    • 4 year Degree in Landscape, Horticulture or related degree considered a plus.
