- Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus);
- Plaintiff or defense experience acceptable;
- Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages;
- Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence;
- Understanding of legal medicine;
- Deposition, Arbitration, dispositive motion experience;
- Experience prepping cases for trial.
- New Jersey Admission (NY a plus);
- Civil Trial Certification or eligibility;
- Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability;
- Proven Track Record;
- Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases;
- Federal Court Experience a plus;
- Good writing skills;
- Winning record;
- Solid work ethic.
