    Our office is one of Long Island's top personal injuries firms and has an excellent reputation for professionalism, integrity and success. Our office handles hundreds of personal injury cases every year and has handled thousands to date.

    We have an immediate need for an admitted attorney to handle personal injury and negligence cases. Our office will provide training and guidance to help candidates understand and feel comfortable litigating personal injury and negligence cases. Daily job duties and responsibilities will include the following:

    · Intakes for personal injury, labor law, dog bite and auto accident cases.

    · Communicating with clients.

    · Preparation of Summons & Verified Complaints.

    · Preparation of Verified Bills of Particulars and Combined Replies.

    · Preparation of Notice of Claims, Infant Compromise Orders and Wrongful Death Compromise Orders.

    · Meeting with clients and court appearances.

    · Conducting depositions, arbitrations and mediations.

    · Participating in trials and preparation thereof.

    Candidates will experience a tremendous amount of professional growth, the days will go by super quickly and you will enjoy plenty of camaraderie. The firm meets on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with all firm protocols and the proper prosecution of cases.

    Compensation will range from $75, $150,000.00 based upon experience and will further include bonuses, yearly reviews, health benefits, retirement compensation and sick, holiday and vacation pay. Our office is conveniently located near the Merrick train station and offers plenty of free parking. Further, attorneys are encouraged to bring in business and will share in origination fees.
