    Looking for courtroom action? We are a practice of 30 civil trial attorneys seeking to hire several attorneys to work with our 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in preparing and trying personal injury trials.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strong desire to help clients

    • Understanding of building and proving damage models
    • Intelligence in formulating case strategies
    • Writing, organization, computer skills and work ethic
    • Desire to win results on behalf of injured clients
    • Desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies
    • Language skills are a plus

    Qualifications:

    Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years Personal Injury Experience

    • Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
    • Plaintiff or defense experience acceptable
    • Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
    • Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
    • Understanding of legal medicine
    • Depositions, Arbitration, dispositive motion experience
    • Experience prepping cases for trial

    Experience Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience

    • New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
    • Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
    • Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability
    • Proven Track Record
    • Experience with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
    • Federal Court Experience a plus
    • Good writing skills
    • Winning record
    • Solid work ethic
