- Lead and supervise a team of insurance agents, providing mentorship and assistance.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing tactics to promote life insurance products.
- Recruit, train, and inspire agents to meet sales goals and foster a performance-driven environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and alterations in insurance legislation.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory mandates.
- Offer expert guidance to clients on appropriate life insurance policies tailored to their requirements.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the agency, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Cultivate and uphold positive client relationships through exceptional service.
- Implement technological tools to streamline processes and improve agency efficiency.
- Conduct regular agent performance evaluations and introduce incentive schemes.
- Establish connections with other industry professionals and organizations.
- Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
- Identify, train, and lead life insurance agents to transform them into high achievers, attracting new clients and boosting sales.
- Ensure that staff strictly adhere to ethical and legal regulations when handling insurance claims investigations.
- 1+ years of experience in a previous management role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- 1+ years of experience in team building.
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance field, particularly in life insurance.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Sales and marketing background.
- Life Insurance License Required. Having licenses in multiple states is advantageous.
- Anticipated commission exceeding $200,000 annually.
