We are currently seeking a Deputy Nursing Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Oggersheim location in Waycross, GA.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting the Deputy Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with their tasks, such as:
  • Scheduling and planning patient visits and routes
  • Conducting initial consultations with patients, including care planning and organizing nursing services
  • Acting as a point of contact for nursing staff
  • Ensuring proper billing and invoicing for services
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as prescription management
  • Potentially providing guidance to apprentices

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in the field of home care
  • Member of a church within the ACK (Association of Christian Churches)
  • Ability to guide and lead staff
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
  • Clear and precise verbal and written expression
  • Good selforganization, initiative, and business acumen
  • Structured work style and high resilience
  • It would be advantageous if you have an interest in mentoring apprentices
  • Proficient in using a PC, keyboard, and mouse, as well as Microsoft Windows
